We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with a minimum 24 hour notice. If a session is cancelled within 12-24 hours of the appointment time, the client may be charged 50% of the cost of service. If a session is cancelled in less than 12 hours of the appointment time or is a no-call/no-show, the client may be charged 100% of the cost of service. Late cancellations due to personal emergencies or sickness may be excused. Thank you for your honesty and for respecting our business and valuable time. Can massages help headaches and migraines?
Absolutely! Massage has been proven to relieve headaches and migraines caused by tension or stress. Before you take another aspirin, consider getting a massage instead. Guests who are happy with their service often leave a customary tip. Tips are never required but always appreciated. What if I'm going to be late?
Please communicate as soon as possible if you will be late. Appointments that start late will end according to schedule so other appointments are not affected. Thank you for your understanding. Which payment types do you accept?
A credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment - but you will not be charged anything until after your appointment. After your session, you can pay with your card on file or choose a different way to pay. Venmo or Cash App are preferred payment methods. Cash or credit cards are also accepted. HOW MUCH SHOULD I UNDRESS FOR MY MASSAGE?
You can undress to your comfort level. You will always be covered with a sheet and only areas being massaged will be uncovered. It's important to note that it is easier for a massage therapist to work without underwear being in the way for lower back and glute work. |
